How to make:


  1. Create an omelet first. Combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the eggs and stir until blended.
  4. Add coloring and stir well.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan and make a thin omelette.
  6. Keep going until the dough runs out and set aside.
  7. Boil water, mango pulp, sugar and cornstarch.
  8. Stir constantly until a boil and turn off the heat.
  9. Enter the egg yolks and stir quickly.
  10. Restart the fire and stir until bubbling, remove and let cool.
